There have been six new releases since that version. The truth is that many people now prefer to use the precompiled binaries from GitHub instead of the Ports version. The problem is that the version provided by the project is compiled on Linux using Go cross-compilation rather than natively on OpenBSD with its own version of Go, which can cause problems.
