Now that the X(7) volume keys of multimedia keyboards are usable (when
kern.audio.kbdcontrol=0), the defaults have changed: the program
controls the volume with the volume keys instead of Control+Mod1+Plus
Control+Mod1+Minus.

The main x11/sndiokeys use-case is to handle the volume keys anyway,
so this change seems simple enough to not deserve a pkg/MESSAGE.

OK?
