I went for a "hack away at it like a caveman" approach:

        sed -i 's,RUNTIME_DEPENDENCY_SET stlink_deps,,g' \
                ${WRKSRC}/CMakeLists.txt

this resulted in a build that works and binaries that run so it doesn't
seem too bad to me, but I'll defer to someone that actually knows cmake
:)

any comments? ok?
