simpler (and shorter) to just do V or VERSION = 2.19.1 and use it in DISTNAME

SITES = https://github.com/mm2/Little-CMS/releases/download/${VERSION}/
otherwise LGTM but it's quite widely used so would want something in the
way of tests of other ports, especially bearing in mind that the build
type has changed (pkg-config file is the same, but you lose the .la):
