Good catch. Despite the license blurb on the twill homepage, all of
the relevant files have LGPL copyright headers. I'll contact him for
an authoritative answer.

In addition, we might as well remove the bundled versions of stuff
we already provide like py-parsing, BeautifulSoup, et al (which come
under different licenses anyway). I'll resubmit a version with
external dependencies after Titus gets back to me.
