Hi,

Up to version 1.30 the naming scheme of the CPAN perl package
Net_SSLeay.pm-1.30.tar.gz was quite strange.  Now the new CPAN
maintainers fixed it to Net-SSLeay-1.32.tar.gz.

To be consistent with CPAN and the other perl ports I think we
should rename security/p5-Net_SSLeay to security/p5-Net-SSLeay,
note the _ and - .  This also avoids the naming quirks in the port
Makefile.  The OpenBSD package has used the - before.

But then we would loose CVS history, so what is the best thing to do?
