The ffjcext.zip file is part of the plugin files that are excluded with the no_web FLAVOR. That file and the previous line for the lib/deploy/ directory belong in the PFRAG.no-no_web-main, PFRAG.no-no_web-jre files. If you ever want the plugin they need to be there.
