Why do you think you have to repeat think that you have to repeat things that are written all over. just because I did not attach all the ports?
I have done many GNOME packages for conary/Foresight, so I wouldn't hesitate to do so if I would be confident enough to do one. In fact I already did some ports. But then again doing a port and publishing it is a whole different story. Suggesting something that is obvious is kind of an insult. And: Yes I think if an operating system or distribution does not provide the minimum packages that a desktop like GNOME or KDE require it cant claim to provide IT. Its like when I don't provide the basic OpenBSD I couldn't claim tis OpenBSD. This was not meant as a flame but rather a note. Thilo
