I want to mention that it does have problems. I was attempting to help someone on PerlMonks and had problems with p5-Net-SSH2 causing perl to core dump on amd64. http://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=720724 My reply with test code that caused the dump is the first reply in that thread.
