Here is my first port, using a simple tgz published by CERN.

Comments and suggestions on porting welcome.

fsprobe is used to periodically test a filesystem for data integrity. It
writes
a large data file then reads it back, checking for several known errors such
as misplaced writes, absent writes, and incomplete writes. It allows control
of file sizes, data I/O rates and how errors are detected and reported.
