There are bashisms in the rarian-* scripts, so... s/bash/ksh is not
enough, the scripts should be patched to be shell-agnostic.

$ sudo /usr/local/bin/rarian-sk-update
/usr/local/bin/rarian-sk-update[216]: syntax error: `$old_time' missing
expression operator

Just as the Unix-like OS world is made of Linux/x86, it seems shell ==
bash everywhere now. It is sad but most of the time I talked to upstream
projects about this, they'd just not care... 'just install bash and be
done with it...' is usually the answer.

This issue will continue to grow. Next version of xfg-utils which is a
super small utility will require bash too for the same reason... and it
is not always easy to get around these bashisms :(

Anyway, I like your idea, you just nee to complete it :)
Cheers!
