Ah, not in this version it doesn't. Here's an updated port with parts merged from my old one for a simpler Makefile. But it should also add a dedicated user and drop privileges, and install the scaffolding needed to work with that (e.g. make it so log directories are created with the right permissions). I removed the MESSAGE since users should know enough about pkg_info to find the example files, and we don't need the spam at pkg_add time just for this, but I wouldn't mind it coming back if it has an explanation of how to start it safely.
