[NEW] security/py-pykpass

Attached is a port of Pykpass, a C extension module to perform password verification using Kerberos 5. It requires either the MIT or Heimdal Kerberos library but the port is patched to use the version of Heimdal in base.

Tested on amd64 and in production use on i386 but should work anywhere python isn't broken. It is a very simple little module.
