*hmmmm* OOo is already compiled with gcc4, and for some people it is at least partly working. I just tried as a test and here I'm only seeing the _dri.so error messages, not the size mismatch ones.. odd... It might be helpful to give some more information (dmesg, pkg_info, where you downloaded the packages from)
