Just in case anybody uses sidebar and has mail boxes with "." as separators over imap, you may wish to place this in your .muttrc:
set imap_delim_chars="/" The mutt global default is "/." which means things like "Monitoring.2009-05" get interpreted as "Monitoring/2009-05" without this (arguably standard default) change.
