I'm inclined to agree. I may be biased, but really...a mail list
or chat board posting over 10 months before the 4.7 release day?
I don't think that even resembles useful.

If upgradeXX.html is not the first place people look for
upgrade information either...
  1) you are missing something.
  2) I'm wasting a hell of a lot of time.

If it is case 2, please let me know... There are a lot of much more
fun and less stressful things I could be doing than building out
upgradeXX.* if no one bothers to look at it or if people think it
isn't useful. After all, the time I put it together is usually some
of the best motorcycle and convertible riding weather of the year. :)

The feedback I get on upgradeXX.html is usually very positive, but
every once in a while I see something from people who I think should
know better who directly or indirectly tell me they have never
looked at it or used it. If there's a better source, tell me.
Heck..tell EVERYONE.

I've just committed skeletons of upgrade46.html AND upgrade47.html,
there's a spot in there for ports that need special attention.
I ask for suggestions for every release, and every release I get
one or two suggestions (usually AFTER I give up and delete that
section from the document! :) If there's something that needs to
be in there, put it in. I put the postgresql note in upgrade47.html
already.

Consider this the first request for stuff for 4.6, too. :)

Nick.
