4.6-stable databases/mysql 4.0.87 update

Various CVE, bugfix, server crashes, memory leak fixes between 8.0.83 (4.6 release) and 8.0.87.

Current has Mysql 5.1.x so don't even try applying this diff to anything other than an OPENBSD_4_6 tagged tree.
