any comments, ok's? newer get_iplayer can use this to tag mp4 files
(not actually useful with it yet because in-tree ffmpeg can't unwrap
the iplayer flv containers; but it will be useful with it if ffmpeg
is updated).

I wrote my own Makefile rather than used their shell script, it might
suck a little, but seems to work ok..

AtomicParsley is a lightweight command line program for reading,
