nagios just uses libltdl for NEB (nagios event broker) modules e.g.
ndoutils, afaik we don't have anything that uses this in ports to test
with.

mcrypt/libmcrypt seem to work ok, but it looks like ltdl is only used for
dynamic module support which must be enabled in autoconf (which we don't
do in ports).
