Tested on i386 snap (1st Jan 2010) connecting to:
- ThinkPad with Windows XP Pro SP3 over 100 Mbps switched ethernet
- sounds played fine; delays in some cases (e.g., youtube
video playback sound lags behind picture by a second or
two)
- QEMU (0.9.1p11 from packages) headless on localhost running
Windows XP Pro SP3, via qemu's "-redir tcp:3389::3389"
- windows standard sounds play as expected
- didn't test for lag; WinXP in QEMU is too slow anyway
