plist-update after adding MODULES=devel/gettext
added RUN_DEPENDS=::devel/desktop-file-utils and @exec/@unexec-delete lines
for update-desktop-database in PLIST.

On my amd64 I have no problems to open Configuration [4/4 page] and change my
default gpsd config or change map source.
