Make gtk2 putty build on 4.8-current with gcc4.
Shut up "warning: missing sentinel in function call" that cames
from unix/dtkdlg.c
(http://www.linuxonly.nl/docs/2/2_Sentinel_warning_missing_sentinel_in_function_call.html)
Fix from espie@ (ignore "the address of ... will never be NULL")
for unix/gtkwin.c and and landy@'s "warning: 'struct in_addr' declared
inside parameter list" fix (when building on 4.8-cur with -Wsystem-heade
rs, similar to https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/1848)
that are in tree are also included.

I've included tarball of port files to save your time.

their snapshots have gtk2 support; this port diff gets it building
and it mostly runs ok, but I noticed some strange pauses in plink when
I started sending large amounts of text (e.g. ls -lR /) then
interrupting with ^C. I don't have time to look further into that
at the moment, so I'll send what I have for now to at least try
and avoid duplicated work.
