Hello all.

Here is a port of OpenDBX, lightweight, written in C, cross-platform
database access library. This is best DBMS interop library suitable for
C I found yet.

Theoritically it suports Firebird, Interbase, MS SQL Server, MySQL,
Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQLite 2/3 and Sybase ASE. This port has support
enabled for MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite 2/3 and Sybase ASE.
You could skip building some of plugins with no_* flavors.

Tested on i386 with MySQL (startup only), PostgreSQL and SQLite.

I remember that I could not build it before due to some GCC4-ism, so I
set ONLY_FOR_ARCHS=${GCC4_ARCHS}. Maybe this is not a case anymore, or
my memory is lying, so it'll be cool if someone could test this port on
a non-GCC4 arch.

Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
A: Top-posting.
