i did test the arirang 2.02 on i386 with ruby 1.8.x

command like below

$ arirang -R /usr/local/share/arirang/multiport.rb  -p 22,80,8080 -h
192.168.0.1/24

that is no problem.

http://monkey.org/~pilot/arirang/script/multiport.rb.html

that script use with -p option
# arirang script examples
# arirang -R multiport.rb -p 22,80,8080 -h yourhost/24 -P 80

also other arirang script no problem.

how is other script such "arirang -R /usr/local/share/server.rb -h
10.15.5.1/24"  or "arirang -R /usr/local/share/ssh.rb -h 10.15.5.1/24"

thanks
