I built it on i386 and amd64 and just started testing it.

Looks like you need a RUN_DEPENDS on nasm:
solo% rasm2 'nop'
sh: nasm: not found
Error running 'nasm'
Cannot assemble 'nop'
invalid

I'm very excited to see this in ports, thanks!
