wrote that a long time ago, we don't use it for the official release, I guess that nobody actually uses it, and that makes for more code to maintain, and that's in a somewhat tricky part of the pkg_add code.
Does anyone have a problem if I rip apart the fat packages support and corresponding pkg_merge ?
