Hi, On amd64 -current, picture is much clearer in fullscreen than the old version. Thanks for porting, looks like it must have been a lot of work! The audio on some .avi files still go out of sync with the picture (getting more out of sync the longer the file is played).
This happened on file with "codec details" from the vlc "media information" menu item: Stream 0 Type: video Codec: MPEG-4 Video (XVID) Resolution: 624x352 Frame rate:25 Stream 1: Type: Audio Codec: MPEG Audio layer 1/2/3 (mpga) Channels: Stereo Sample rate: 48000 Hz Bits per sample: 16 Not sure if this is a ports issue, or something that should be reported to the vlc people. It used to happen with some (but not all) .avi files with the old vlc port/package as well. Brett.
