KDE 4.8 and removal of old KDE 4.7 from github

Sometime in next 1-2 weeks, Vadim & I will remove KDE 4.7 from
https://github.com/jasperla/openbsd-wip/

We will be tracking KDE 4.8 (its at beta 2 in openbsd-wip, and will be
upgraded to RC2 and 4.8.0 eventually).

Just a heads up.
