This is still going to need package bumps all over the place if we want to ensure that the packages on users' systems get updated to have the correct version number. Do we need to include the OpenBSD version number at all in the manuals produced by USE_GROFF=Yes in ports? I wonder if it might make sense to use a string something like "OpenBSD ports" or "OpenBSD packages" in this case.
