Today I've worked on packaging this port, since I heard someone needed it. I don't run Jabber and have barely ran the executable, only enough to see it wasn't segfaulting before displaying error messages. :) There are a few patches that should probably go upstream. So, if anyone is interested, the port is attached. The documentation is sparse, though, and I don't even know if there's a Jabber server in ports that could use it.
