No problem, just keep things around. Basically, it's "no new directories" for a while. Happens twice a year during release time. The reason is that if something goes wrong, and the trees need to be re-tagged, it's incredibly painful to do so in the presence of new directories. Things should be back to "fully open" in a few days...
