x11/ruby-qt4 and x11/kde4/ruby-qt provide pretty much the same libraries
from a ruby perspective. x11/kde4/ruby-qt is a later release, and more
integrated with the rest of the kde4 build system, while x11/ruby-qt4 is
based on an old dist file that combines multiple different parts of kde4
(e.g. smoke). There's no reason to have both in the tree (they would
conflict), so it makes sense to remove x11/ruby-qt4 when x11/kde4/ruby-qt
is enabled.
