UPDATE: node-pg, node-generic-pool

This is an update to node-pg 2.8.2 and node-generic-pool 2.0.3.

Ok regress tests on -current amd64 with PostgreSQL 9.3. Earlier version
was tested on 5.4 amd64 with PostgreSQL 9.2.
