SKS is the reference OpenPGP keyserver implementation these days.
I thought it could be a nice addition to the ports tree.

Here's a port that needs testing and feedback.  I had planned to test it
fully but my network connectivity is so weak that downloading a key dump
is unfeasible.

This port makes use of the security/ocaml-cryptokit* port instead of
using the bundled copy and (temporarily) uses 997:997 uid:gid.
chroot anyone?

* I'm not sure it's a good idea since security/ocaml-cryptokit 1.9 has
  been released since
