Yes exactly - so we still need to tell people what to do. Modifying the default
config is pretty common for people using this with chrooted httpd.. It seems 
better
to me if the default config has the new values which upstream have chosen to 
use,
and if people need file compatibility they can follow the upgrade notes, does 
that
make sense to you?
