Hi all, Since a month or so (I think this is related to the 36 update), I'm facing a lot of chromium crashes: most of the time, it crashes after a few seconds.
I kinda investigated and found that the crashes happens when I configure the integrated synchronization with my Google account. If I run chromium without the synchronization feature, I'm not able to crash it. When launched in a shell, it gives me this output: [mbaptiste:~] % chrome ATTENTION: default value of option force_s3tc_enable overridden by environment. [19465:1939400416:1001/105400:ERROR:background_mode_manager_aura.cc(14)] Not implemented reached in virtual void BackgroundModeManager::EnableLaunchOnStartup(bool) [19465:1939400416:1001/105401:ERROR:desktop_window_tree_host_x11.cc(1478)] Not implemented reached in void views::DesktopWindowTreeHostX11::MapWindow(ui::WindowShowState) [19465:-222780928:1001/105403:ERROR:get_updates_processor.cc(240)] PostClientToServerMessage() failed during GetUpdates [19465:1804544512:1001/105517:ERROR:connection_factory_impl.cc(335)] Failed to connect to MCS endpoint with error -118 [19465:1190898944:1001/105652:ERROR:device_id_linux.cc(87)] Could not find appropriate disk uuid. zsh: segmentation fault (core dumped) chrome I'm running amd64/current. Am I the only one to encounter this issue? How could I help to debug it? Regards, -- Mattieu Baptiste "/earth is 102% full ... please delete anyone you can."
