No, OpenBSD binary releases are done from a fixed point and aren't revised, official packages are only updated in -current snapshots (and require you to run -current snapshots of the base OS too). This fax has been committed to the 5.6-stable ports tree from which you can build your own packages, or there are third-party -stable packages for some architectures (https://stable.mtier.org/).
