Those css files were the gtk3 counterparts of the gtk2 themes, but they were "displaying" fine with old versions of gtk3, with newer versions of gtk3 they started looking bad, and since the gtk3 version of the xfce engine got dropped/isnt installed by default the corresponding themes arent installed either anymore. They dont look good anyway now with recent gtk3 versions. Landry
