Please find attached an updated version incorporating the feedback from
czarkoff@ and edd@:

- Avoid BUILD_DEPENDS by manually moving files (instead of gsed -i)
  (Note: brace expansion is disabled in POSIX mode, i.e.,
  mv libtool{,.orig} is not supported)
- Keep Fortran interface disabled until someone needs it
- Checked the version in openbsd-wip by edd@. It is basically the same
  besides being based on a slightly older version and not enabling the
  C++ interface. Only real difference: openbsd-wip has explicit
  PFRAG.shared; I trust make-plist to do the right thing (i.e., a single
  PLIST).
