Bulk build error: ruby-capybara-webkit,ruby22 (amd64)

The www/ruby-capybara-webkit,ruby22 port failed to build during the
latest amd64 bulk build run.  Specifically, it didn't create the
bin/webkit_server file and consequently failed to package.
