You appear to be unaware, but I'm the OpenBSD developer responsible
for OpenBSD's ruby ports.  If TAME_* options change, expect me to
release a new version that supports them.  In general, unless TAME_*
options are added or removed, changes should not be necessary, as
the ruby-tame library is very simple and just exposes the C API to
to ruby.

Now, what the tame(2) options allow may change in the kernel, but that
will not affect the ruby-tame API (or the userland C API for that matter).
