When I set LC_CTYPE to en-US.UTF-8 as has been mentioned here and in
the OpenBSD FAQ, then do something like type uxterm into an rxvt
window I get the warning:

Warning: locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C

So could the Xlib version be causing this? I'm floundering. Maybe
uxterm's trying to set a locale on startup.
