xsnow license

Hi there,

I asked this question in #openbsd and they sent me here.
the xsnow Makefile says:
PERMIT_PACKAGE_CDROM=   vague license
PERMIT_PACKAGE_FTP=     vague license

However the xsnow website says very clearly that distribution as 
(binary) package is permitted. I guess distribution via ftp should 
therefore be alright.

Could somebody verify and change that?
