Updated tarball adding a patch to make detecting and using optional dependencies (portaudio and capsimage) opt-in, and disabled by default. Issue was spotted by awolk@. For the record, portaudio is only useful for microphone input emulation in Falcon mode, so it doesn't make sense to add a dependency for such an edge case.
