Hi,
While I was using a certain web site, Chromium displayed the "Aw, Snap!"
error message and the following lines appeared in the system message
buffer:
chrome(69033): sysctl 6: 1 66 1 69033 616 0
chrome(69033): syscall 202 ""
So some Chromium process tried to call sysctl(3) but pledge(2) didn't
allow it. From the first line in the system message buffer, I extracted
that sysctl(3) was called with the following values in the mib:
CTL_KERN, KERN_PROC, KERN_PROC_PID, 69033 (the process ID).
After some digging, I found out that this is probably triggered when
there is some out-of-memory condition in V8. With the test case below,
I am able to trigger this problem in a reliable manner.
The error can be reproduced as follows:

$ chrome test.html
Of course, if this problem would be fixed, Chromium would still display
the "Aw, Snap!" error message (at least, that's the behavior I see on a
Linux host with Chromium) since there never would be enough memory
available for this test case. But at least pledge(2) would not kill the
process.
