Normally what you would do is put your README in the pkg/ directory of
the port and run 'make update-plist'. A new line should appear placing
the README in the correct position.

However in the case of gnupg2 there is already an existing pkg/README
you can ammend.

(Make sure you abide by the rules in:
ports/infrastructure/templates/README.template)
