Switching off middlemouse.contentLoadURL clears the way for
autoscrolling.  If enabled in Preferences, pressing the middle
button and moving the mouse will scroll.  This is a very interesting
feature in environments without scroll wheels, e.g., with a trackpoint
or an old-style three-button mouse.
