Untested (no atlas credis at hand), but here is an updated tarball that
addresses that following points:

- tweak formatting of MODPY_* lines and fix space/tabs mismatch in
  Makefile
- depend on security/py-openssl, not security/py-cryptography, because
OpenSSL is the module actually used in imports
- add TEST_DEPENDS and drop NO_TEST, tests are empty but don't fail.
For this we also need to patch setup.py to drop dep on cymruwhois, not
available in the ports tree (yet?).
- add missing files to PLIST

Can you confirm that it still works for you? If so, ok jca@ to import.
