When I imported your p5-IO-BufferedSelect port, I also had a look
at your tenshi port.  But then was release and I forgot about it.

So here is what I have in my tree.

The difference to your port is:
- The license tag should be something short like ISC.
- I think the NO_BUILD = Yes is not necessary.  The build just checks
  whether all files are there.  This works and I want to keep the
  port Makefile short.
- Use TRUEPREFIX instead of /usr/local.
- By setting sysconfdir I can avoid do patch the install target.
- Patch tail arguments and user names in tenshi Perl script.
  It does not make sense to write that into the example config,
  every OpenBSD user needs it.
- During testing I found that some $! check does not work reliably.
  I have created a pull request upstream.
- I don't know whether we recycle ports users.  So I took the
  next one for tenshi.
- make update-plist orders the PLIST differently
- -c /etc/tenshi/tenshi.conf is default, no need to put it into
  daemon_flags
