Hello,

I ported alacritty [1] some time ago, before the release of version 2.2.

In the process of porting, I realized the extensive dependencies list and
decided to stick to xterm and base applications as much as possible. However, I
was wondering that most of the work is done (version 2.1 is working fine) and
maybe someone can take advantage of it.

This is my first port, so I'm willing to incorporate feedback and iterate on
the port for experience. I will not use alacritty, but it is not a hard
software to maintain and I probably could do it if it will be useful for
somebody.

If you have any comments about the port, let me know so I can make better ones
in the next attempts.

Best
